Formulate and improve the company’s accounting management system
Supervise the management of accounting documents and vouchers
Oversee the company’s daily financial accounting work
Organize the preparation of financial statements
Conduct financial analysis on the company’s operating results
Familiar with global tax policies and regulatory requirements
Organize the completion of tax declarations and tax payments
Oversee the company’s fund management and cash flow forecasting
Build, manage, and develop the accounting team
Communicate closely with trading, compliance, risk control, operations, and other departments

Experience: 7+ years of financial accounting and management work experience, including 3+ years of accounting team management experience; preferred experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or financial institutions.
Professional Expertise:
Proficient in accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP) and financial accounting processes.
Familiar with global tax policies and regulations, especially digital asset-related tax policies.
Proficient in using financial accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiar with financial compliance requirements related to digital currency exchanges.
Understand the business model of digital currency trading and payment.
Leadership & Management: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Compliance & Risk Awareness: Strong compliance awareness and risk control capabilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
