Role Overview
- Manage U.S. employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
- Evaluate and benchmark benefits offerings to remain competitive in the market
- Oversee benefits enrollment processes and employee communications
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
- Analyze benefits utilization and costs; recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies
- Lead annual open enrollment and benefits education initiatives
- Resolve employee benefits issues and provide guidance on plan options
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, payroll, finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate administration
- Maintain benefits documentation, policies, and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Benefits Manager managing US benefits programs for 1000+ employee organization
