oversee a small team of Channel Performance Leads
partner closely with MarketPoint VPs, Data & Analytics, Finance, and Operations to drive accountability, insights, and data-driven decision-making
present regularly to the SVP and executive leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities
lead the design and delivery of Business Unit Reviews, Monthly Progress Meetings, and compensation performance reporting
drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and consistent performance management across MarketPoint

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in performance management, strategy, and/or operations
3+ years experience in financial analytics
3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to present insights and recommendations to executive-level leaders
Expertise in performance reporting, KPI development, forecasting, and diagnostic analytics
Strong communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
