Role Overview
- Initiation, leadership and execution of cross-departmental projects to standardize at the component level
- Conducting market, usage and internal stakeholder analyses to establish comprehensive, viable and future-proof standards
- Contributing to the definition of future sourcing concepts (e.g. category strategies)
- Independent monitoring of the activities and projects for which you are responsible
- Submitting development requests for planned projects and presenting progress updates from ongoing projects
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (specialization in Communications / RF Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a development engineer
- Experience in project management and working in cross-functional project teams
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit development, circuit design and layout, and commissioning of assemblies
- Knowledge of mechanical design is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English
