Provide business development and marketing support to the firm’s Marketing Department
Assist with maintaining the team’s experience database, coordinating responses to external credentialing surveys and awards programs
Strategize with Business Development Team to identify marketing activities and initiatives
Assist with planning, coordination, and management of events, webinars, sponsorships, client dinners
Develop/prepare customized pitch materials for presentations and assist in responding to RFPs
Maintain and update practice development information including marketing collateral, brochures, PPTs
Track and maintain data such as deal collection and client lists
Assist with directory, award and ranking submissions
Respond to lateral recruiting requests and assist in lateral integration

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Microsoft 365
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
