Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Public Management, or a comparable field; a PhD is welcome.
At least 4 years of professional experience in a closely related area such as infrastructure projects, consulting, or project management (years may overlap).
At least 2 years of experience in procurement for infrastructure projects, including preparing tender documents (e.g., statements of work/performance specifications), conducting negotiations, evaluating prices and bids, and performing market research; or experience in contract and claim management — including contractual project execution and knowledge of relevant regulations.
At least 1 year of experience in consulting and/or external client-facing roles.
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level or better).
Enjoy working in legal and regulatory contexts and have an interest in further development in this area.
Strong communication skills, e.g., for client workshops and for analyzing and defining client requirements.
Passion for digital transformation and the infrastructure sector, and a high level of technical affinity.
