Define data mapping and transformation logic between Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Salesforce Health Cloud or Sales/Service Clouds.
Document "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows for sales representatives and marketing automation teams.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the integrated solution meets the high compliance and accuracy standards of the Medtech space.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for a cross-functional squad of developers and testers.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers related to technical dependencies or data privacy (HIPAA) hurdles.
Partner with Product Owners to groom the backlog, ensuring user stories are "Ready" for development with clear acceptance criteria.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in BA/SM roles, with at least 3 years in the Medtech or Diagnostic Lab industry.
Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud) and its integration capabilities (APIs, Middleware).
Deep understanding of the Diagnostic Lab sales cycle and how clinical data is utilized by commercial teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects involving system integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, or custom API layers).
Strong familiarity with HIPAA, PHI data handling, and Medtech regulatory requirements.
Ability to work standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with Indianapolis-based stakeholders.
