Oversee the technology platforms supporting all patient communication channels, including email, SMS, voice and AI bots.
Monitor communication volumes, budget impact, and patient experience metrics.
Lead the implementation of new Epic communication features across relevant Epic applications, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
Optimize digital tools for patient outreach to align with clinical and operational goals.

Five (5) plus years of Epic program analysis/management supporting patient communications, preferably working with Epic Hello World implementation.
Solid grasp in healthcare operations, patient communications, and/or AI-enabled solutions.
Understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare, or related field.
Epic Certification required. (preferably in MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and/or Inpatient).
