Role Overview
- Help design, develop, and run operational/financial databases associated with Telecommunications systems.
- Responsible for developing customized reports in response to requests from user groups.
- Develops fraud protection reports that identify possible sources of fraud and abuse.
- Assists in the creation of medical center policies.
- Procure, provision and support corporate cellular and paging inventory and databases.
Requirements
- Three (3) plus years of experience in the delivery of telecommunications.
- Knowledge of Mobile device support i.e. cellular and pagers experience.
- MS Word and Excel.
- Cisco experience and other Telecom support experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or related area (preferred).
- Cisco certification preferred (Voice platform).
