Development of new brands — from concept to launch
Preparation of product, market and competitor analyses, evaluation of findings and translation of insights into actionable recommendations
Development of brand strategies, business cases and project plans
Support in price negotiations and brand-related discussions with retail partners
Driving internal brand-building activities — from product development to marketing
Close collaboration with artists and responsibility for regular coordination
Supporting market entry and laying the foundation for long-term growth

Several years of experience in business development, brand development or innovation management
Strategic thinking, a structured working style and willingness to take responsibility
Strong intuition for brands, trends and target audiences
Experience in building new products or brands
Solution-oriented, hands-on and ready to explore new approaches
Very good German and English skills
Proficient in MS Office
