About this role
Role Overview
Drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and technical sales support for PLCs
Report directly to the Regional General Manager for BMS
Optimize lead generation campaigns and provide technical sales support
Expand customer base and increase market share
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
Minimum 2 years of experience selling or programming PLCs
Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools
Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Passion for customer success and satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
