Implement, configure, and support Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and/or Account Reconciliations (ARC) solutions based on business requirements;
Translate finance team requirements into effective system solutions;
Design the data model, calculations, and reporting structures within FCC, including setting up hierarchies, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation rules;
Configure FCC based on the designed specifications, perform system testing, and address any issues to ensure smooth implementation;
Configure Financial Close Task Manager and design and optimize account reconciliation workflows in ARC for efficiency and compliance;
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation and reporting;
Troubleshoot and resolve FCC and/or ARC issues, ensuring smooth system operations;
Create reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Smart View, Management Reporting, Narrative Reporting, and EPM Automate;
Provide training and ongoing support to end users on FCC and/or ARC functionalities;
Manage tasks are timelines to keep projects on scope and on budget.
Requirements
Keys to your success
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
4 to 11 years of experience with Oracle FCC/ARC Cloud (on-premises and cloud), managing a techno-functional or as an individual contributor;
Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle FCC/ARC Cloud implementations for large complex client delivery;
Extensive FCC knowledge across consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, data management, and system administration;
Excellent knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques;
Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills, with demonstrated success working both independently and in team-oriented environments;
Ability to work effectively in a remote model with flexibility for key project activities outside standard business hours.

Complete project lifecycle experience in Account Reconciliation Compliance (ARC) /Transaction Matching, with strong knowledge of ARM;
