Role Overview
- Performing accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group
- Processing invoices for the Group
- Acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense and payment queries
- Reconciling the accounts payable ledger
- Invoice matching in Bank
- Automating of AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time and smoother Month End Close
- Processing employee expenses
- Manage AP systems (Net Suite, Approval Max, Zone OCR)
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment
- Working independently and owning end-to-end processes
- Understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
- Data entry skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude
- Net Suite experience
