Supports implementation of both prescriptive and custom energy efficiency projects.
Conducts energy analysis for projects at medium to large commercial and industrial facilities to identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements in a variety of facility energy using systems.
Writes technical reports summarizing results from energy assessments to quantify project economics.
Conducts measurement and verification (M&V) site visits to establish facility energy usage patterns and identify potential energy savings opportunities.
Communicates, coordinates, and assists project stakeholders and participants to ensure customers maximize the benefits of utility programs.
Delivers professional, high-quality services and builds rapport with utility customers.
Completes high-quality deliverables while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mechanical, Energy, or related engineering field of study.
2+ years of project engineering experience or similar within the energy efficiency industry.
A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and principles including HVAC and refrigeration, thermal and fluid systems, motors, lighting and/or other commercial and industrial systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deliverable deadlines and budgets
Comfortable managing projects and workflows with variable levels of ambiguity
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record and a personal vehicle to visit customer sites.
Must be able and willing to travel locally up to 25%
Strong proficiency with oral communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Planning, coordinating, organization, and self-management in a professional environment are a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
