Oversee and support growth operations processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the business development lifecycle
Serve as B&P and Growth Budget Administrator, assist in developing budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with approved budget. Provides accurate financial tracking and reporting as required
Develop and manage annual conference and events schedules, including participation planning and budget tracking
Coordinate and schedule Business Development Stage and Gate review meetings, managing calendars and aligning stakeholders
Support the preparation of corporate capabilities documents, business development briefings, presentations, and required marketing documentation
Maintain and manage corporate memberships, including non-profits such as AFCEA, AFA, and NDIA, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
Serve as SharePoint file administrator, maintaining document organization, access, and version control within Microsoft SharePoint
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience, with 5+ years in business development environment
Demonstrated ability to learn and in a fast-paced environment, lean-in and exceed goals with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage complex processes and schedule
