Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, managing communications, calendars, and priorities while handling information with a high level of confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing packs, and minutes in line with BASF corporate standards.
Manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, schedules, and expense processing in accordance with company policies.
Provide efficient administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including event coordination and leadership meeting logistics.
Support purchase requisitions, goods receipting, and office ‑ related services through SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee day ‑ to ‑ day office management activities, including visitor coordination, access management, and general administrative support.
Requirements
5–8 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative assistant
Hold a university degree or higher, preferably in Arts, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
Be well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Communicate confidently and professionally, with strong written and verbal skills
Be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously.
