Own the Financial Engine: Lead global consolidations and monthly reporting
Investor Relations & Strategy: Partner with the CFO and executive team to prepare our reporting cycles. You will play a pivotal role in crafting our story for investors.
Mature and Scale our Reporting: Re-imagine and redesign our reporting capabilities to deliver world class reporting for a dynamic and fast growth company.
Drive Scalability: Build and refine the financial infrastructure required for a mature organization. This includes implementing robust EPM enhancements and standardizing KPIs.
Operational Excellence: Provide deep-dive analysis into Revenue, gross margins, OpEx, balance sheet, and free cash flow, translating complex data into actionable insights for the Board of Directors.
Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor a high-performing Corporate FP&A team, fostering a culture of transparency, accuracy, and relentless improvement.
Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a significant portion in Corporate FP&A at a high-growth technology or hardware company.
Proven experience in an IR-facing role or significant involvement in quarterly earnings prep and 10-K/10-Q financial narratives.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and EPM systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, or NetSuite). You understand how to turn a spreadsheet into a strategic roadmap.
The ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise updates for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. An MBA or CPA is a strong plus.
