Analyze, design, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP ECC and S/4HANA solutions related to Procure to Pay (PTP) and Record to Report (RTR), with emphasis on Procurement, Finance, and Tax processes
Ensure full compliance with Brazilian and Mexican tax regulations, including localization requirements such as Nota Fiscal, CFDI, SPED, e-invoicing, and statutory reporting
Configure and support tax determination, calculation engines, withholding tax, and electronic document frameworks within SAP environments
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency, especially in tax compliance and financial operations
Develop, standardize, and document end-to-end business processes for procurement and finance, ensuring alignment with global templates and best practices
Manage and resolve integration points between PTP, RTR, Order to Cash (OTC), and Treasury processes, ensuring data consistency and process integrity
Provide ongoing support for SAP Procurement, Finance, and Tax operations, including incident resolution, user support, and change management activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, and Business stakeholders) to align global standards with local statutory requirements
Participate in or lead SAP projects involving implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and tax localization initiatives
Support decision-making processes within the scope of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and governance
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA in PTP and RTR processes
Solid expertise in tax localization for Brazil and Mexico, including regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
Experience with electronic invoicing, tax reporting, and statutory compliance solutions
Proven experience in SAP integration across Finance, Procurement, and related modules
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (PTP, RTR, OTC, Treasury)
Experience in global or multi-country SAP environments
Ability to work with tax engines and localization solutions (e.g., SAP TDF, GRC, or third-party solutions)
