About this role
Role Overview
Translate EMEA priorities into actionable execution plans and milestones.
Design and manage the EMEA People Team Operating Cadence.
Own the EMEA People messaging rhythm.
Ensure alignment between Global People messaging and EMEA execution.
Prepare structured briefings, presentations, and narratives for senior People leaders.
Lead the EMEA performance excellence cadence including calibration cycles and governance processes.
Drive regional action plans based on Employee Voice (EVS) and Pulse survey data.
Partner with Global Talent and Learning Teams to coordinate leadership development initiatives across EMEA.
Optimize onboarding across EMEA.
Align People Business Partners, People Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards for unified delivery.
Maintain touchpoints with GTM and Engineering leadership.
Requirements
6+ years in HR Operations, Program or Project Management, or a Chief of Staff role within a global organization.
Experience working in a global environment with the ability to translate global strategies for regional rollouts.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives and recommended action plans.
