Lead the creation of CRM solutions and proposals that go beyond the operational, focusing on Martech Architecture and Omnichannel Journeys;
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in commercial meetings, translating client needs into profitable and innovative service models;
Elevate the level of strategic conversation with current clients, moving away from tactical discussions and positioning Monks as a business partner.
Evaluate and optimize internal processes in the area to ensure greater efficiency and quality in deliverables;
Collaborate with other areas to develop joint strategies aligned with business goals;
Anticipate market trends and client movements, supporting the implementation of solutions and improvements that increase generated value and differentiate our market presence.
