Oversee the quality, performance and availability of infrastructure services covering Network, Operational Security, systems and data flows.
Ensure compliance with service commitments (SLA / OLA – Service Level Agreement / Operational Level Agreement) and Group standards.
Lead operational and contractual governance with suppliers (service committees, operational committees, steering committees
COPIL).
Supervise the management of major incidents, problems and multi-vendor escalations according to ITIL processes (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
Ensure the operational readiness and security of environments, in coordination with the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer).
Monitor performance through KPIs, reporting, action plans and risk management.
Contribute to continuous improvement, industrialization and automation of run/operational activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with significant experience in managing IT infrastructure services
Proven experience with multi-vendor environments and contractual management of IT services
Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Strong service orientation, rigor, analytical and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills with technical and business stakeholders
Professional English at C1 level, both written and spoken, in an international context
