Role Overview

• Ensure efficient handling of internal client requests in accordance with established SLAs by planning, organizing and managing teams and resources, acting preventively and correctively to eliminate bottlenecks and critical incidents.
• Ensure the high availability, performance and evolution of IT infrastructure (networks, databases, telecommunications and equipment) through the maintenance and continuous improvement of contingency plans and operational continuity management.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and reliability of databases, aligning their architecture and performance with the strategic needs of the business.
• Ensure that systems and technological solutions keep pace with business evolution, maintaining the company’s competitiveness by monitoring technology trends and evaluating viable investment alternatives.
• Plan, manage and execute approved IT projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards and security requirements, with appropriate allocation of internal and external resources.
• Optimize procurement processes and the management of new technology platforms, ensuring the security, integrity and reliability of corporate environments and systems.
• Manage the area’s operating and investment budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), ensuring planning, expense control, correction of deviations and the continuous pursuit of productivity gains and cost reduction.
• Ensure the availability and development of talent, supporting selection, training, engagement and succession planning processes to preserve strategic knowledge and organizational competencies.
• Work collaboratively with peers to strengthen the company’s institutional image, ensuring compliance with relationship policies and ethical, social responsibility and corporate governance principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Network Management. Specialization in Scrum, Project Management, DevOps or Cloud.
• Experience in IT infrastructure
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of databases
