Act as the Product Owner, defining vision, strategy and roadmap
Prioritize backlog items based on business value, operational impact, risks, and technical dependencies.
Write epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria focused on delivering value.
Participate in agile rituals/ceremonies (refinement, planning, review, etc.) and support the team in understanding the product.
Map user journeys, identify bottlenecks, and lead automation and process optimization initiatives.
Strong communication skills to act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile environments.
Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
