Responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, maintenance of employee records and separations
Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies
Tracking and communicating federal, state and local law updates
Managing bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll processing
Collaborating with Finance department for audit reports
Maintaining onboarding and offboarding processes
Auditing HR systems, databases, and documentation
Handling all employment verifications
Serving as the point of contact for benefits-related issues
Administering compensation and benefits programs
Managing full-cycle recruiting
Serving as initial point of contact for HR policies and concerns
Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and training programs
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
At least 3
5 years of relevant HR work experience required
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Familiarity with recruitment strategies, performance management and benefit administration
HR certificate preferred
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll enterprise, applicant tracking systems, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Paycom preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze HR issues, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions

Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
