Operate CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS and other channels), ensuring quality, correct segmentation and timely delivery
Execute and monitor automated relationship flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.)
Support the development and organization of the campaign calendar
Conduct operational A/B tests (subject lines, creative, segmentation) under the guidance of the analyst
Monitor campaign results and assist in consolidating performance metrics
Ensure review of links, UTMs, segmentations and the quality of communications before sends
Liaise with marketing, product and media teams to align campaign activities

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields
Previous experience (including internships) with CRM, email marketing or digital marketing
Experience with CRM send or automation tools
Organized with strong attention to detail
Good written communication skills
Familiarity with basic CRM metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate)
Experience in e-commerce or retail
Basic knowledge of audience/base segmentation
Basic understanding of A/B testing
Proactive mindset with interest in developing into analytical roles
Interest in customer journeys and retention
