Conduct working meetings with clients
Contribute to Strategic Planning discussions, presenting insights
Perform complex analyses for operational or financial diagnostics
Prepare presentations and facilitate discussions with decision-makers
Map processes and support workstreams in restructuring projects, strategic planning, and PMI (post-merger integration)
Support the team in exploratory discussions to structure solutions
Propose improvements to methodologies
Perform other activities related to the role

Bachelor's degree completed (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Consultative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
Excellent presentation and overall communication skills
Knowledge of analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools and, where applicable, SQL or BI)
Availability for domestic and international travel is essential
Professional experience of at least 1 year
