You will support end‑to‑end order fulfillment within the invoicing scope, ensuring accurate data entry and cross‑system updates to maintain compliance and data consistency
You will coordinate with other teams to gather required information such as production details and delivery documentation
You will ensure accurate processing of orders, stock movements, shipments, and invoicing
You will support month‑end activities and billing deadlines, ensuring availability during critical closing periods
You will support communication and understanding between different departments involved in the order lifecycle
You will deliver professional, accurate, and customer‑focused support to guarantee a high‑quality service experience
You will handle and coordinate internal and external inquiries through email, telephone, and messaging platforms, ensuring resolution and achievement of agreed service KPIs
You will identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and provide customer insights
Requirements
You have experience in administrative roles, especially in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Back Office, or SSC/BPO
You are fluent in English
You previously worked with Oracle, Excel and Power BI
You have experience working with numbers or detailed data
You are comfortable working with evolving processes
