Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals and target personas
Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to translate value propositions into high-performing campaigns
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead lifecycle, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion
Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasts
Analyze performance using funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) and deliver actionable insights
Run experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve messaging, channels, and conversion rates
Manage external vendors and agencies as needed
Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across systems
Requirements
Experience with B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
