Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the future of commercial aircraft modification within Boeing
Oversee EASA Modifications programs to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary, agile engineering team specializing in electrical and avionic design and certification activities
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a complex, matrixed organization
Drive engineering functional excellence by optimizing people, processes, tools, and best practices
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and process improvements
Serve as a key Boeing representative in customer engagements and on-site support during the embodiment phase of projects
Provide authoritative oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

Bachelor´s degree or higher from an accredited program in aerospace engineering, another safety-critical engineering discipline, or a comparable field
10+ years of experience working within an EASA Design Organisation (DOA) or a similar aerospace environment
Extensive experience managing EASA design organization projects
Strong skills in people leadership, time management, and budget oversight
Proven project management expertise to deliver complex engineering change programs on time and within budget
Deep understanding of engineering job practices with hands-on experience in Type Design and Continuing Airworthiness for Part 25 aircraft
Comprehensive knowledge of certification processes, design changes, and modifications relevant to the aerospace industry
