Requirements
Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing high-growth sales teams (4+ AEs), specifically within the Enterprise or Growth segments.
Domain Expertise: 4+ years of experience selling complex Cloud or Cybersecurity solutions. You understand the nuances of the "Security-as-Code" shift.
Regional Mastery: A deep understanding of the business cultures in France, Spain, and Italy, with the ability to navigate both Private and Public sector complexities.
Growth Mindset: A track record of over-achieving quotas in fast-paced, "scale-up" environments. You thrive in ambiguity and move with urgency.
Analytical Rigor: The ability to use data (SFDC, Clari, etc.) to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and pivot strategy in real-time.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can inspire a team during a morning huddle and command a boardroom in the afternoon.
