Role Overview
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-volume hourly talent
Travel between Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln for recruiting needs
Partner closely with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers
Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for assigned sites
Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build a strong local talent pipeline
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through hire
Maintain awareness of local labor market trends for recruiting strategies
Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience across all locations
Track and report recruiting activity and outcomes
Requirements
College degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience (3+ years) in high-volume recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or related industrial sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites
