About this role
Role Overview
Lead month-end closing, reporting and analysis activities related to the aftermarket process for the PW1100 program.
Monitor and assess the impact of business process changes on the control environment to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Monitor and review general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accounts are reconciled in an accurate and timely manner.
Spearhead process and system improvements and creation of processes needed to support growing volume and new business requirements.
Partner with and provide reporting to internal and external customers including Engine Services Finance, FP&A, and program partners on various aspects of the GTF aftermarket accounting activities.
Support ad hoc projects and business transactions to support the growth and evolution of the GTF aftermarket.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
CPA.
Experience in SAP and OneStream.
Revenue recognition accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
