Payroll accounting reconciliation;
Coordinate with the business team to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities;
Serve as a source of input for identifying process improvements;

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level;
Experience with SAP ERP;
Familiarity with data analysis and data tools;
Curious, proactive, and driven by challenges.

Fixed 14th and 15th salary payments;
