Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire
