Support fixed-asset control, asset register, depreciation and projects in progress (CapEx / IPs);
Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts;
Post and reconcile payroll and related entries;
Record tax-closing entries;
Review bank transactions;
Review invoice records (classification, allocations);
Post provisions, allocations (insurance), amortizations and other necessary appropriations;
Support corporate audits and regulatory inspections;
Support the monthly calculation and reconciliation of taxes and contributions (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, INSS) to ensure all due taxes are calculated and paid in accordance with the law, including compliance with all tax reporting obligations (SPED, GIA, GIA ICMS ST, DCTF, DIRF, etc.);
Verify withheld taxes;
Regularize overdue taxes;
Resolve outstanding issues;
Organize accounting and tax documentation for the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Economics or related fields;
