Senior Outbound Business Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Responsible for generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling or lead generation
• Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area
• Focus on new acquisition in small and medium business segment
• Prepare sales documentation for advanced products
• Assist sales customers digitally, via Chat, to complete transactions using the web portal interface
• Maintain and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously

Requirements

• 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
• Strong Verbal and Written and Presentation (Video) Communication Skills
• Basic Understanding of Excel
• Strong Product Knowledge/Technical Skills
• Funnel Management
• Fiber and Advanced Voice experience preferred
• CRM pipeline management strongly preferred
• Mobile sales experience preferred
• Sales experience required
