Analyze comparative scenarios and propose preventive restructurings to adapt to the new regime.
Serve as an internal reference for business areas, translating complex legislation into practical, agile solutions.
Analyze and review the detailed calculation of Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) under the Lucro Real (Real Profit) regime, ensuring correct application of additions, exclusions and tax incentives.
Analyze the full calculation of indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS, ISS) and withholding taxes (IRRF, CSRF, ISS, INSS), ensuring maximum accuracy.
Understand the PER/DCOMP flow, focusing on compensation strategy and recovery of tax credits.
Ensure excellence in the preparation and review of complex ancillary tax filings (ECF, ECD, EFD-Contributions, EFD-Reinf, DCTF), ensuring data reconciliation (Tax vs. Accounting values).
Serve as a reference in responding to tax inspections and external audits, preparing administrative defenses and responses to notices with a high technical standard.
Manage contingencies, judicial deposits and tax provisions in accordance with accounting standards (CPC 32/IAS 12).
Identify tax planning and efficiency opportunities that generate a direct positive impact on the P&L.
Configure ERP systems and tax solutions, ensuring business rules are up to date and automated.
Prepare executive reports and tax-burden KPIs to support decision-making.
Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
Preferable experience in taxation for healthcare operators, cooperatives, municipal service tax (ISS), ancillary tax filings and tax planning.
Experience: Strong track record in senior-level tax positions, preferably in large companies or consultancies (Big Four).
Technical Knowledge: Deep mastery of Direct Tax legislation and the constitutional amendment proposals (PECs) related to the Tax Reform.
Behavioral Profile: Highly proactive and solution-oriented (ownership). Ability to work with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
Systems: Proficiency with large-scale ERPs (SAP, Oracle or TOTVS) and BI tools/advanced Excel.
