Spearhead direct sales efforts, focusing on key players with substantial workforces of 10,000 to 35,000 employees.
Shape strategic account relationships, account management processes, and partnership opportunities.
Collaboratively craft go-to-market strategy.
Engage prospects through discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings, using a consultative approach to close deals.
Execute a scalable sales strategy—including cold calling, emailing, and social selling—to build a robust pipeline and convert leads in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Manage the full sales cycle, exceeding sales targets while ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
8+ years of sales experience required, ideally in outbound or consultative environments;
Experience in payroll, HCM, benefits, or financial wellness solutions preferred.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven ability to manage complex sales involving multiple decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales opportunities.
