Drive key communication and feedback programs that equip and enable our team of ~1800 Stylists
Manage and continuously optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools
Support and uphold documentation standards across internal platforms
Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key Styling programs and existing communications
Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose data-informed process improvements
Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups
Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications
Analyze and share Stylist feedback, insights, and team needs with relevant partners

4+ years’ experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement roles
At least 2 years’ experience working with large-scale remote teams
Familiarity with project management tools, like Asana
Experience with intranet platforms, like Axero (preferred but not required)
Superior written communication skills
Ability to effectively translate data and information into clear communications and reporting for both front-line employees and corporate audiences
Ability to thrive when handling a variety of tasks and deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally
Proven success working asynchronously in a remote environment
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
Driven by the desire to improve operational efficiency and support team success
Enjoy taking the initiative to address issues and improve processes independently
