Define and lead the enterprise internal communications strategy
Ensure alignment with organizational mission, vision, values and long-term business priorities
Translate the business strategy, transformation initiatives and leadership priorities into clear, compelling employee narratives
Shape and reinforce organizational culture through storytelling, leadership communications
Ensure employees feel connected to leadership, the business and one another
Support enterprise-wide change initiatives with proactive, empathetic and disciplined change communications approaches
Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO, Executive Committee and senior leaders on employee communications
Partner closely with leaders to elevate their communication effectiveness
Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the Internal Communications team
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing internal communications team
Build scalable communication models, playbooks and processes
Oversee internal communications channels and platforms
Leverage digital tools, data and emerging technologies to enhance communication effectiveness
Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of internal communications
Stay attuned to employee sentiment, engagement trends and organizational dynamics

Bachelor's Degree
10 or more years of experience or more of progressive communications experience
Significant experience leading internal or employee communications in large, complex organizations
Change transformation and growth experience
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and navigating complex organizational structures
People leadership experience, including building, managing and developing high-performing teams
Exposure to large, multi-site and distributed organizations
Proven ability to communicate with frontline employees
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
Strategic thinking, project management and organizational skills
