About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate all logistics: accommodations, local guides, transport, and activities
Build and manage partner relationships: ensuring reliable service and long-term collaboration
Negotiate contracts: securing high-quality services at competitive rates
Recruit and manage Tour Captains: finding, onboarding, and supporting TCs
Develop travel products: researching destinations and improving itineraries
Provide real-time support: acting as the main contact during tours and solving issues quickly
Drive regional ownership: proactively identifying improvements and taking responsibility for the region
Requirements
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Experience working with service providers in at least one of our destinations
Tech-savvy and curious about digital tools
A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
Fluent in English + at least one of the following: Thai or Indonesian
Willingness to travel
