Role Overview
- Lead growth initiatives for insurance sales in physical channels (point of sale
- POS), focusing on performance analysis
- Execute commercial initiatives and continuously improve the sales funnel
- Identify opportunities and monitor field operations
- Implement actions that drive conversion and results
- Analyze channel performance
- Track sales KPIs by store/region
- Identify variances, opportunities, and key performance gaps
- Support the development of diagnostics and action plans
- Execute growth initiatives
- Implement commercial campaigns and in-store incentive actions at the POS
- Support the creation and monitoring of sales playbooks
- Monitor results and recommend adjustments
- Manage and optimize the funnel
- Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel
- Identify conversion drop-off points and potential operational failures
- Propose data-driven improvements
- Interface with field teams. Work closely with commercial teams to understand day-to-day challenges
- Collect structured feedback on tools and processes
- Support the dissemination of best practices
- Interface with internal departments
- Organize and route requests to product and technology teams
- Monitor developments and validate operational impacts
- Management and monitoring routine
- Support performance rituals (reports, analyses, forums)
- Ensure consistency and quality of data and metrics
Requirements
- Experience with physical channels, retail, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills (data interpretation, funnel, performance)
- Organized, structured profile with high execution capability
- Good communication skills for interacting with field teams
- Proactive in identifying problems and suggesting improvements
