Partner Attorney – Service, Consumer Law

Role Overview

• Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and civil matters;
• Drafting all pleadings and documents for the caseload;
• Entering data into the firm and client systems;
• Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up;
• Other routine tasks related to the caseload.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
• Completed Law degree; postgraduate studies in the area of practice are a plus;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure;
• Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands;
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Reliability and regular attendance.
