Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and civil matters;
Drafting all pleadings and documents for the caseload;
Entering data into the firm and client systems;
Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up;
Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Completed Law degree; postgraduate studies in the area of practice are a plus;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure;
Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Reliability and regular attendance.
