Management of cases from initiation to completion;
Representing the defendant/respondent in labor cases;
Maintaining records in the firm's and the client's case-management systems;
Case monitoring and tracking;
Other routine caseload-related activities.
Requirements
Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
Strong knowledge of labor procedure and labor litigation;
Previous experience in high-volume work environments, especially in the enforcement/execution phase;
Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
Advanced Excel proficiency;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Reliability and consistent attendance.
