Role Overview
- Manage complete accounting lifecycle: bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
- Ensure accuracy across AR/AP, payroll, revenue, and expense tracking
- Handle accounting for US and international entities
- Collaborate with external accountants/CPAs for Payroll taxes, compliance, and reporting
- Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities
- Identify manual processes and build automation workflows
- Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis (Actual vs Budget)
Requirements
- Strong experience in end-to-end accounting (not siloed roles)
- Proven exposure to US accounting (sales tax, filings, compliance)
- Experience handling multi-entity / global accounting
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Demonstrated work in automation / process improvements
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-ownership environment without junior support
