The Global Process Architect supports the governance, development, and continuous improvement of end-to-end enterprise processes.
This role focuses on delivering value through process oversight, requirements gathering, improvement, and integration to enable consistent and efficient service delivery.
Working closely with business leaders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), sub-process owners, and key stakeholders, the Process Architect applies process, system, Agile delivery, and change management expertise to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
The role balances analytical thinking with hands-on execution, aligning processes, data, technology (including Workday), and policies across the organization while managing competing priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in process design, process improvement, and/or project management
3–5 years of experience performing business and system requirements gathering, including documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
3–5 years of experience working with HR technology, with demonstrated hands-on Workday experience (e.g., HCM, Business Process Framework, reporting, or configurations)
3–5 years of experience applying Agile or hybrid Agile project management methodologies in a business or HR operations environment
3–5 years of experience supporting or applying change management methodologies to drive adoption of process and system changes
Working knowledge of Agile tools and practices (e.g., user stories, backlogs, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
