About this role
Role Overview
Oversee daily program operations and care delivery.
Report to the Sr. Director of Therapy and supervise Therapy Leads.
Ensure high quality of care provided by the therapy team.
Provide guidance, accountability, and oversight of staff therapists.
Own the success of your team and flag improvement opportunities.
Participate in interviewing, training, and onboarding of Therapy Leads.
Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
Understand and adhere to Equip’s treatment philosophy.
Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and safety events as needed.
Utilize data and metrics to monitor team performance and guide decisions.
Support quality improvement initiatives and operational goals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience supervising a team of therapists or therapy leaders at varying levels of experience.
5+ years of experience in treating patients with eating disorders.
Eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment at a growing company.
Ability to identify problems, understand the root cause, and implement solutions.
Ability to safely and effectively deliver evidence-based care in a virtual care model.
Ability to hold a team accountable and guide a team toward success.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and active, unrestricted license within home state.
Eligibility and willingness to be licensed in multiple states or inter-jurisdictional compacts, depending on business needs.
