Support priority initiatives for Cigna Healthcare that connect business strategy, financial performance, and talent priorities across the U.S. Employer portfolio.
Help to translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership action, including operating metrics, performance narratives, and executive-ready materials.
Own end-to-end management of market site visits, including attendee preparation, agendas, briefing materials, and logistics.
Drive accountability and closure of site-visit follow-ups; track owners, dates and status.
Partner with Corporate Communications to shape and execute leadership communications (e.g., town halls, CHC updates), ensuring alignment with priorities and messaging.
Aggregate monthly/quarterly operating review materials (scorecards, narratives) that enable leadership discussions and decisions.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in operations, events, or program management, or sales operations within Cigna.
Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated track record of driving execution and follow-through.
Executive communication skills—writing crisp narratives and synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
