Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring alignment with DEWALT and regional objectives
Act as a brand steward, maintaining consistent brand expression and adherence to guidelines across all touchpoints
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Channel teams to support the end-to-end NPD process from ideation through launch
Drive the creation and execution of commercialization plans for new products, ensuring market readiness and impactful launches
Provide input on product positioning, packaging, and messaging to maximize relevance and appeal to target users
Work with Marketing teams to deliver marketing assets and campaigns, including digital content, sales materials, events, and activations
Partner with channel teams to ensure effective brand presence and support across all sales channels
Monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback for continuous improvement
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while providing regular updates on brand and product performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, commercial execution, sales, or related roles within consumer durables, tools, or similar industries
Demonstrated success in leading brand initiatives, supporting NPD, and executing go-to-market plans
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Creative, agile, and proactive problem-solver with a passion for building iconic brands
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving brand growth and commercial success
