About this role
Role Overview
Submit expense reimbursement reports and expense invoices, excluding sales;
Close the cash drawer;
Send service invoices and/or boletos (bank payment slips) to clients;
Collect outstanding receivables from clients;
Organize and gather documents required by clients for service delivery;
Perform basic registration of new clients;
Assist HR with hiring, contract formalization (homologation), and time-clock closure;
Collect all client registration documentation for subsequent submission to the credit department;
Prepare purchase requisitions;
Prepare various reports.

Undergraduate studies in progress
